Before we moved out to the country, we lived in the city and had a small garden.  Two of the herbs we grew back then are mint and rosemary.  Both are hardy and low maintenance, which are great qualities in a plant or a person. This soap may not improve your constitution or make you less demanding, but the clean, energizing combination of essential oils will definitely brighten your outlook.
